Community Benefits for Fleet Block Development
The Fleet Block redevelopment is a once-in-a-generation chance to create lasting benefits for nearby neighborhoods.
Salt Lake City is partnering with two development teams to create a vibrant, walkable community that could include mixed-income housing, retail, and service-oriented businesses on the two northern parcels of the Fleet Block.
Through Salt Lake City’s first Community Benefits Agreement (CBA), the City, local neighborhood representatives, and future developers will come together to ensure community priorities are reflected in the project.
Phases
Review & Report
Once the survey has closed and additional community feedback has been gathered, we will review the data and report back on it here.
The feedback will then inform negotiations between community representatives and developers.
