For over 10 years, Salt Lake City has been working to reimagine Fleet Block in a way that adds community value. We're excited to connect with you about:
- Salt Lake City's first-ever Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) - The CBA is a contract from developers to give back to the community. Your input will shape what's in that contract - whether that's asks for public art, affordable housing, locations for local businesses, sustainability measures, or more!
- Fleet Block Open Space - About 3-acres of Fleet Block is reserved for a new open space. Come to hear about early design ideas for the open space, how the public art elements will be selected and more!
